Join us for a talk and lively debate about sustainable food production with Patrick Holden, founding director of the Sustainable Food Trust. The talks are free but booking is essential.

Patrick Holden, CBE is a British farmer and activist, who campaigns for organic and sustainable farming. He was the founding chairman of British Organic Farmers in 1982, before joining the Soil Association, where he worked for nearly 20 years and during which time the organisation led the development of organic standards and the market for organic foods. Patrick is patron of the UK Biodynamic Association.

or field mushroom, spinach and Stilton pie (vegetarian)
or field mushroom, spinach and pine-nut pie (vegan)
– all served with new potatoes and salad.

Dessert:
Cherry clafoudis with cream (vegan option available).
